Who we are

TabCheck ("we", "us") provides done-for-you email deliverability services. You can reach us at hello@tabcheck.ai.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service.

• What you tell us: your name, email address and phone number when you request a call, and the messages you send us.
• Checkout details: when you subscribe, our payment provider collects your email and payment information. We don't see or store your card number.
• Your email platform data: if you connect your platform or upload a list, we process your contacts' email addresses and engagement data on your behalf, only to provide the service to you.
• Website data: pages visited, device and browser type, and cookies, as described below.

How we use it

To reply to you, set up and run your subscription, improve your email deliverability, send you service messages, keep the service secure, and, if you accept cookies, to measure which of our ads work.

Who we share it with

We don't sell personal information. We use a few providers to run the service, and they only get what they need:

• A payment provider, to take payments and manage subscriptions.
• An email delivery provider and Google Workspace, to send and receive email.
• A hosting provider, to serve this website and the portal.
• Google and Meta, only if you accept cookies, to measure advertising.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Cookies and ad measurement

If we run ads, we use Google Tag Manager to measure them. Nothing is measured until you press Accept on the cookie banner. If you press Decline, we don't set advertising or analytics cookies.

You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings in the footer.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the service and meet legal duties, then delete it or remove what identifies you. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, and to stop contacting you. Email hello@tabcheck.ai. Depending on where you live, such as the EU, the UK or California, you may have further rights, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our service is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and tell account holders by email.
