Terms of Service
Last updated November 5, 2026
These terms apply when you subscribe to or use TabCheck. By subscribing, you agree to them.
The service
TabCheck provides done-for-you email deliverability work: an audit, fixes to your email authentication, list cleaning and segmentation, warm-up planning, content review and ongoing monitoring, with a client portal to follow progress.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly or yearly through our payment provider. Monthly plans are charged at the full monthly price. Yearly plans take 20% off and are charged once a year, in advance.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel using the link in your receipt or by emailing us, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are at our discretion unless the law requires otherwise.
Starter and Growth plans have the seat limits shown on the pricing page. Teams of 5 or more seats are on a custom plan.
Your responsibilities
You agree that:
- You will only email people who have opted in to hear from you, and you won't use purchased, rented or scraped lists.
- The access you give us to your email platform and domain is yours to give, and the information you give us is accurate.
- You'll follow the laws and platform rules that apply to your email, including anti-spam laws.
No guarantee of results
Mailbox providers such as Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook decide where each email goes, and results vary. Fixes improve your odds but can't guarantee Primary placement.
We'll report your numbers honestly, including when they don't improve.
Access to your accounts
We ask for read-only access where we can. We won't send email to your list or change how you send without your approval.
Your data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Your list and results remain yours, and you can ask for an export or deletion at any time.
Our work and our materials
We own the TabCheck name, software and website. You own your list, your content and your accounts. Reports we produce for you are yours to use inside your business.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may update the service and these terms, and will tell account holders about changes that matter.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost revenue from email placement, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, for example by emailing people who haven't opted in.
